Amazon account management and reporting for sellers

I am Rajesh Wadhwa, an independent Amazon consultant based in India, trading as RV Enterprises. I work with authorised Amazon selling partners on reporting, catalogue optimisation and day-to-day account operations, using access those sellers grant themselves and can withdraw at any time.

What we do

Four service areas. A client can take one of them or all four. All work is carried out by Rajesh Wadhwa under the registered business name RV Enterprises.

Reporting and analysis

Consolidated reporting that a seller would otherwise assemble by hand from several places in Seller Central.

  • Search query performance over time
  • Search terms and search catalogue performance
  • Market basket and repeat purchase behaviour, where available to the seller
  • Traffic, session and conversion trends by ASIN

Listing and catalogue work

Improving how products are presented, then measuring whether the change actually did anything.

  • Listing audits against catalogue data
  • Titles, bullets and attribute completeness
  • Keyword selection informed by real query data
  • Before and after comparison on sessions and conversion

Inventory and order operations

Routine operational monitoring on behalf of the seller, so problems are noticed before they cost sales.

  • Stock cover and replenishment planning
  • Order flow and fulfilment status monitoring
  • Amazon fulfilment shipment tracking
  • Stranded and suppressed inventory checks

Pricing and financial reporting

Reconciling what was sold against what was actually received, and keeping prices consistent.

  • Price and offer monitoring across the catalogue
  • Settlement and fee reconciliation
  • Margin and contribution reporting by product
  • Reimbursement and discrepancy checks

What data we access, and what we do with it

We access Amazon selling partner data through the Selling Partner API. Every role below is used for the service function next to it, and for nothing else.

Selling Partner API roleWhat we use it for
Brand Analytics Search query performance, search terms, search catalogue performance, market basket and repeat purchase reporting for the seller's own brand.
Selling Partner Insights Account and marketplace context, so report figures are attached to the correct account and period.
Product Listing ASINs, product titles, listing metadata and catalogue attributes, used for listing audits and optimisation recommendations.
Inventory and Order Management Stock levels, order status and fulfilment state, used for replenishment planning and operational monitoring.
Amazon Fulfillment Inbound shipment and fulfilment status, used to track stock into and out of Amazon fulfilment centres.
Pricing Current offer and price data across the seller's catalogue, used for price consistency checks and margin reporting.
Finance & Accounting Settlement, fee and transaction data, used to reconcile sales against amounts received and to report margin.

We do not access buyer personally identifiable information. Our work uses aggregated and product-level reporting. We do not request, retrieve, process or store buyer names, addresses, contact details or payment information.

We do not share Amazon Information with anyone outside RV Enterprises. No sub-contractors, no data brokers, no external organisations. Data belonging to one selling partner is never combined with, or used to serve, another.

We do not obtain Amazon Information from any non-Amazon source. It comes directly from Amazon through the Selling Partner API under the seller's own authorisation, or from reports the seller sends us themselves.

Pricing

There is no fixed-price product and no published rate card. Every engagement begins with an account audit, and the fee is quoted in writing after that audit, once the catalogue size, number of marketplaces and actual state of the account are known.

Reporting only

For sellers who want the analysis and will act on it themselves.

Recurring reporting on search query performance, catalogue performance and conversion trends, delivered on an agreed schedule.

Quoted monthly, after the account audit

Project work

For a defined piece of work with an end date.

A catalogue audit, a listing optimisation programme, or a keyword and product opportunity review.

Quoted per project, fixed fee agreed before work starts

Ongoing account management

For sellers who want the operational work handled as well.

Reporting, listing work, inventory and order monitoring, and pricing and financial reconciliation.

Quoted monthly, after the account audit

How the audit works. Before quoting anything, I review the account: catalogue condition, search query performance, listing quality and where sales are actually coming from. That audit is what the quote is based on, so the fee reflects the work the account genuinely needs rather than a guess.

Every quote is confirmed in writing before any further work begins, and states the fee, what is included and the billing period. There are no setup charges, no commission on sales and no fees that are not in the written quote. To start, contact us with your catalogue size and the marketplaces you sell in.

How we protect seller data

A summary. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Access is limited

Only personnel whose job requires it can reach a seller's data, on a least-privilege basis, using individually issued credentials. Accounts require multi-factor authentication and passwords of at least twelve characters, rotated annually.

Data is encrypted in transit

All Amazon Information is encrypted while moving between systems. Credentials, keys and tokens are stored in a secured store, never in public repositories, never shared between people and never written into application code.

Our network is defended

We operate firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, anti-virus and anti-malware protection, and network segmentation separating systems that handle Amazon Information from those that do not.

We have an incident response plan

Documented, with defined roles, reviewed every six months. Any security incident involving Amazon Information is reported to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, and to the affected selling partner.

Access is the seller's to withdraw. Authorisation is granted by the selling partner through Amazon, not by us, and can be revoked at any time from their own Seller Central account without contacting us first. We never ask for, and will not accept, a seller's Seller Central login details.
